Volunteer

Thank you in advance for your time! We know your time is valuable and truly appreciate the commitment you make to the organization for your girl (s).

The ERYSA has different volunteer opportunities for you to help your child and their team throughout the season.

  1. ERYSA will host tournaments this summer.
  2. The money we make from these tournaments is our main source of fundraising that allows us to keep registration fees down and to purchase and maintain our equipment.
  3. ERYSA does not have paid coaches at this level to keep the registration cost down. This is accomplished by some of our parents using their volunteer hours to coach.
  4. 10U needs (3) coaches per team
  5. 12U needs (3) coaches per team
  6. 14U needs (3) coaches per team

*12 hours of volunteer time, per daughter in this age group, working at ERYSA hosted tournaments.

  • A $600.00 volunteer deposit check is due at tryouts.
  • Once your volunteer hours are met, your volunteer check will be destroyed. If you do not volunteer, your check will be cashed. Volunteer sign up will be sent out via email.
