Volunteer Information

All ERYSA Families will be required to volunteer depending on child's age, it ranges from 8 hours to 12 hours per player.

• Available volunteering opportunities will be posted on our "Volunteer" page once available. 

The events where volunteers will be needed:

• Swing into Swing Tournament
• Big West 14U Qualifier Tournament
• MN State Tournament

Volunteer duties include:

• Field raking/chalking
• Set up/take down of fences
• Concessions
• Complex Cleanup

Families are required to provide a volunteer deposit in the form of a check written to ERYSA. The Deposit amount is will depend on your daughter's age.

• Upon completion of the volunteer hours this check will be destroyed. If the full requirement for volunteer hours is not completed by the end of the season, the check will be cashed.
• If all volunteer sessions are full, please contact elkriveryouthsoftball@gmail.com for additional volunteer opportunities.
